Through our efforts we have been able to achieve the following:

• Communication of APAR marks

• Appeal and review of APAR marks

• Average clause in APAR

• Reduction in debarment period from 3 to 1 year on refusal of promotion

• Halting direct scale 3 recruitments

• Career path of Marketing Officers and Rural Development Officers up to scale 2 only

• Inclusion of batch concept in the promotion process

• Proper distribution of vacancies under Normal and Fast tracks

• Implementation of GoI guidelines and Board approved Transfer Policy in postings

We are continuously working towards achieving the following goals:

• Protecting the public sector character of the PSBs

• Regulated working hours for bank officers

• 5 days banking with all Saturdays off

• Removal of anomalies in the promotion and transfer exercises

• Conversion of Specialist Officers as per GoI guidelines

• Ensure transparency and equal opportunity for all officers

• Better wage revision for the bank officers
